The Qatar Collegiate Programming Contest provides university and high school students, interested in any computing-related field, an opportunity to demonstrate their programming and problem-solving skills. Students living in Qatar meet under one roof to compete in teams by designing computer-based programs that solves real-life problems using high-level programming languages such as C, C++, Java and Python.

The contest then qualifies the top teams to the Arab Regional Contest (ACPC).
