Case Competition winners announced
Executives from Nestle announced this week that Team Elevate won the Nescafe Case Competition. Business administration seniors Razan Abunaba, Aysha Mazen Abdul Hadi, Noor Al- Mana, and Dania Al Qatami presented a plan to market Nescafe as a way to enhance the consumer’s experience, boost mood and increase energy. The team created sample radio and television ads and identified key social media influencers for their digital campaign.
The winning students will be offered internships at Nestle.
Nestle also recognized team Sa7se7ne, who proposed the idea for Nescafe to sponsor Thursday Student Majlis each week to increase its popularity among the student body. Nestle is interested in implementing this recommendation.
Organizations sponsor case competitions as a way to work through business challenges, while seeing the quality of work from potential interns. Earlier this month, Henkel hosted a case competition to boost the brand awareness market share of Fa soap.
