CMU-Q students prepare for work world at Education City events

The third Dress for Success Fashion Show took place January 28, a collaboration between the student-run CMU-Q CMBA club and Northwestern University in Qatar’s career services. The event showcased outfits for different professional settings. The fashion show is a favorite among students, with the audience raising placards—Hire or Fire—based on the suitability of each outfit.

The fashion show took place in preparation for the annual Hamad Bin Khalifa University career fair on February 1 and 2. Featuring 102 employers from government and industry, the career fair is an opportunity for students to see the types of jobs that are available.
