Media Advisory: Distinguished Lecture Dr. Khaled Almaeena, Editor-in-Chief, Arab News

Event: Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar is pleased to announce a lecture by Dr. Khaled Almaeena, Editor-in-Chief of Arab News. His lecture is titled “Saudi Arabia: Past, Present and Future”.

Dr. Khaled A. Almaeena has an extensive career in media in Saudi Arabia, including positions as a news anchor, talk show host, radio announcer, journalist as well as holding the position of CEO at a public relations firm. He became Editor-in-Chief of Arab News, the largest English language newspaper in the Middle East, in 1982.

Dr. Almaeena is highly regarded for his views, and his political and social columns appear regularly in newspapers across the region. When: Sunday, March 20, 2011 4:30pm
