CMU-Q formed an IDE committee last fall led by Dean Selma Mansar to work on on understanding who we are, and what we would like to state for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, by working on the following: A CMUQ Self-assessment on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity A Data analysis: who we are, where we come from, etc. A facts check on diversity in Qatar. An “inventory” of what we currently do at CMUQ in relation to D / I / E A proposed Diversity statement that we can put forth to the community to give us feedback on. We have been meeting regularly from Fall 2019 to ensure that these goals are met.
