Bio

I am an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Biological Sciences Department of Carnegie Mellon University – Qatar. I joined CMU-Q in 2024 from Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar. At CMU-Q, in addition to my teaching activities, I support outreach activities and serve on various departmental and extra-departmental committees. I also serve as an advisor for students doing Honors Research, and am a member of a panel that conducts mock interviews to help students prepare for medical and graduates school interviews.
